Erica is amazing coach and is definitely someone that you should look in to for career coaching or just life advice. She is very insightful about the advice and coaching she provides. Erica will work as much as you are willing to work with her, when I say this I’m talking about you being upfront and honest about the information that you provide to her. She’s also very good about knowing when you need a little counseling because you have just hit a bump in the road that day. Erica over all is one of the better life coaches I have met, and doesn’t try to sell you on anything but your career and how much more you can get out of your career during the tough times we’re going through right now.
